Hi, Mr. Pankaj,

I am working as an Assistant Manager, HR & Administration in a Real Estate developing Company in Guwahati, Assam. However, after joining the company, I found that the company doesn't follow any statutory regulations. Whenever any statutory official visits our office, I am made a scapegoat for the same. HR opportunities in Assam are very rare as it is not an industrially developed state.
