The very first thing is that you need to decide from which university you want to do your Ph.D., according to your aim and specialization. Second, you can get the details for a Ph.D. in HR by going through the links below:

- [CiteHR - Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Labour Studies](https://www.citehr.com/906-phd-human-resource-mangement-labour-studies.html)
- [Infinite Courses - Top Ph.D. programs in India](http://www.infinitecourses.com/Top-Phd-programs-in-India.aspx)

If one wants to go with a Distance Ph.D., the link mentioned is outdated and has been removed.

Human Resource Management is itself a management course, my dear. If you want to know about Business Administration and other management courses, yes, you can go for it.

I searched the IIT Delhi site. According to the site, they publish notifications in the month of March, but there is still no notification.

In your first message, you mentioned that you are looking to pursue a Ph.D. in HR, but later, you said you are inquiring about the IIT Management course.

Dear, I just want to say that you need to recognize your actual need according to your goals and career aspirations. IIT and HR are two different programs, and a Ph.D. is not just a simple course but much more valuable. It requires a strong knowledge of a subject, uphill struggle, skills, and a deep understanding of the subject's concepts, which cannot be achieved with distractions that are evident in your conflicting statements.

I hope you understand my point and can decide what is best for you.
