Is Velocity Technologies in Chennai Legit? Seeking Advice Before Joining

Hi, I just want to know whether the company named Velocity Technologies is a fake company or not. The above-mentioned company is located in Chennai. I have received an offer from Mahindra Satyam. Will they ask me to register my profile with NASSCOM? Thanks in advance.
