Velocity Technologies - Is A Fake Company In Chennai ?

I just want to know whether the company named velocity technologies is a fake company or not.
The above mentioned company is located in chennai.
I have got offer in mahindra satyam, will they ask me to register my profile with nasscom ?

Not a Fake Company I am working in Cognizant and also Worked earlier in Velocity as a Trainer to give testing practical training and workshop to VELOCITY EMPLOYEES ,
