How Do I Politely Respond to an International HR Interview Invitation?

Dear Members, I have successfully received an interview call from an HR representative outside the country. Now, I want to reply to show courtesy as they have considered me for the job. Is there any format regarding this?

I am new to this professional site. I think you only need to thank them for the opportunity given to you and promise to do your best in moving the company forward. Please let me know the procedure for getting an overseas job like that. I am interested too.

Do you wish to join them, or do you only want to politely decline by saying "No, thanks"? If you are not joining them, a simple thank you letter will suffice.

On the other hand, if you wish to join after being selected in the interview, there is no need to send a lengthy letter. Simply acknowledge the receipt of the invitation and express your eagerness to attend the interview. Also, mention that you would be delighted to join them once you are selected.
