Starting a Call Center in Delhi: What Paperwork and Formalities Do I Need?

Hi guys, I am from Delhi and am thinking of opening a Proprietorship firm. The business would be in the line of a call center sort of thing, to be precise, outsourcing! Can someone here help me? I want to know the formalities and paperwork that need to be done before starting the said Proprietorship firm. Also, I read somewhere that Service Tax is exempted for call center businesses.

It is better to appoint another person to make your company a Pvt Ltd company to make it more effective in scouting for new businesses. In the call center/BPO business, clients prefer vendors who are Pvt Ltd. Still, you can try working on a Sole Proprietorship basis. All call center services fall under the head "Business Auxiliary Services."
