Seeking Creative Training Ideas to Boost Employee Skills Across Departments

Dear Friends, I really appreciate members of Citehr for providing me with so many valuable suggestions and replies on my last topic/query. I am requesting all members if anybody could provide me with some ideas, activities, or programs that can be organized internally by the HR Team for the training and development needs of our employees. To make my request more precise, we want to organize activities/training programs for our employees in various departments such as sales, service, stores, and others to enhance their skills, competencies, and performance.

Training Programs in Indian Factories

You will never get any reply to this type of question because, in the true sense, no training program is conducted by the HRD of any factory in India. All those who say they conduct such training programs in their factory, ask them what exactly they do to conduct such types of training programs.

99% will just give you suggestions that will be theoretical rather than practical. If somebody really does such activities, ask for the topics and materials. Again, there is a 99% chance that they don't have the material.
