How to prepare Salary and attendance Sheet in Excel?

Dear All, I Have joined a manufacturing industry as a HR Executive and they Assigned me a task to preparation of salary sheet in excel as well as attendance details in Excel Sheet company having 1500-2000 employees and i don't have any idea for the same so please guide me and help me in this how can i do this.. M In big Trouble what should i do..
