How To Get HR Job In Big Brands Like Infosys, TCS,Satyam , L&T Etc.

Hi Folks,
I have 2+ yrs of experience and currently working in us based mnc as an Executive - HR. I use to get appreciations from my seniors on my recruitment and other HR Skills. I did my MBA-HR from Punjab Technical University with 72% with distinction but in 10th 12th and graduation my percentage is in between 50 to 60.
Please let me know how could i get Job in brand like Infosys, TCS, L&T, PATNI etc as i want to pe a part of big firm where i can enhance my skills.

I am also facing the same problem. I am looking for a big MNC Company as a HR-Executive how to get the job in big company? Help me......Please.

Size of the company does not matter for the right employees. In fact, they will get due recognition in medium sized companies rather than ocean companies where chances of sinking are high due to politics and quagmire. There are some advantages also in big companies like job security, not-too- much responsibility/accountability, etc.
