Struggling to Find a Revenue Stamp for PF Withdrawal from Delhi EPFO – Any Advice?

Hi, I am in the process of withdrawing my PF from the Delhi EPFO office. I have completed forms 19 & 10C and have mailed them to my employer. My employer has signed and sealed those documents and sent them back to me with a note to affix a 1 Re revenue stamp and mail it to the Delhi PF office.

The problem I am facing is that I am unable to find the revenue stamp as I am a resident of Bangalore. I have read some articles stating that revenue stamps have been abolished. In this case, do I still need to find the required revenue stamp for withdrawal, or can I send the documents without it?
