Appraisal Structure In An Advertising Agency

Hi Seniors, I have recently joined as an HR in an advertising agency, I was wondering if there is any format for appraisals in an Advertising agency. As it is very difficult to rate creative people. Any advice will be highly appreciated.

I used to run an Ad agency. My advice would be don't try and test people on "creative" aspects. Simply ask their direct superiors to rate their worth to them. Other than that just use the same kind of tests you would normally but be prepared for resistance from the creatives as they see testing as an encroachment on their creativity :roll:
