I'm planning to do a project on 'cross-cultural training' for my MBA. I have a doubt about whether companies are actually practicing such training for employees who will be sent onsite in software companies. Can anyone help me understand if companies are really conducting such tests? What other kinds of training do companies offer to employees to help them understand different cultures and be more productive? Kindly reply, HR professionals who are aware of such training.
