Attached is the gist of some of important amendts. proposed in the Union Budget 2012. Some of them are in retrospective effect. These are believed to be having far reaching effect on affairs of some of our friends' firms in the 'citehHR' too. Others may contribute their expertise on some interesting cases involved in these amendaments such as "Vodafone" , Ms.Jayalitha's disproportionate asset cases etc. I remember way back when Mr.V.P.Singh was in office such retrospective amendments were hot subjects.
