I am new to this forum and a novice in the field of HR. I would like to know the various PF forms that exist and their purposes. A scanned copy of the forms will be helpful.

Hi,

For the PF Nomination, Form No. 2 is compulsory. For the PF Withdrawal, Form No. 19 and Form No. 10C are required. For the PF Transfer, Form No. 13 is mandatory.

Hi Prabha,

There are many forms in PF like Form-2, 5, 10, 13A, 19, 10C, 20, and 10D. Kindly obtain them from the nearest PF Sub-Regional Office and keep the PF Act with you, as it is very helpful.
