Guidance on Registering for ESIC & PF

Kindly guide me on how to register for ESIC & PF. What documents and forms should be submitted? Are there different forms for direct labor and contract labor? Our worksite is in Gujarat, and our office is located in Mumbai. Kindly guide me.

PF Registration Procedure

1. First, fill out the PF Form No. 1.
2. Provide the company or factory registration certificate.
3. Submit the list of employees with their dates of joining.
4. Include the power bill receipt.
5. Attach the sales tax receipt.

Kindly explain to me:

1. If the basic salary is 8000 INR, is the PF 12% of the basic salary or a lump sum of 780 INR?
2. If the gross salary is less than 6500 INR per month, then is the PF calculated based on the basic salary or the gross salary? (Basic = 4200, Allowance = 1800)
