Struggling to Get My Salary Slip from Employer – What Steps Can I Take?

Respected Sir/Madam, I am an employee in an IT company located in Nagpur, Maharashtra. I have been working here for three months. My problem is that they have not provided me with my salary statement/slip. I have requested it three or four times, but they have not responded to me. Please help me with what I can do in this situation. I need those salary slips for my next company as well as for a home loan.

You have just joined the company three months ago, and you are already considering a job change. Not a good idea.

Regarding Salary Slips

Check with your other colleagues if they are receiving salary slips. If they are, speak to the concerned person in HR and request the same. If the company does not practice issuing salary slips, you can mention the reason for needing one is for a home loan, as you stated in your query.

Thank you for the quick reply. In this company, they don't provide salary slips to anyone. I am leaving this job because I have found a better opportunity (10 times better). In my new company, I have also provided bank statements. I would like to know if there is any legal requirement for them to issue me a salary slip.
