How to Create an Effective Recruitment Project for an IT Company? Seeking Guidance!

Hello, everybody. I'm Neha, pursuing an MBA. I'm doing my training in an IT company and looking after recruitment. I have to make my project on recruitment and selection. Here, recruitment takes place through a registered portal. Please help me with my project. What should I include in my project? Should I include any sort of questionnaire? Please provide guidance.

Hi Neha,

You can do a project on Evaluation of selection procedure followed by the organization and can make it a comparative study with other organizations. You can also do a detailed study of various sources of recruitment and their effectiveness in terms of their output. You can also include a questionnaire in these.
