Struggling to Find a Training and Development Job in Pune? Seeking Advice on Next Steps

Hi, I am looking for an opening in Pune in Training and Development. I have a total of 7 years of experience in Behavioral Training, Sales Management processes, and soft skills. Currently, I am based out of Kolkata and need to shift to Pune soon for a relevant opening. I have already applied through job portals but have not been receiving any relevant calls. What are the other avenues that can work out? Should anyone know, please keep me informed. I have attached my resume for further reference.
