LETTER - Salary Letter

Please find the letter below .......... i use this one in my organization for opening of their salary account.This letter is being sent to the concerned branch Manager for opening of salary account.

Instead of drafting such letters, please make a circular to all the staff members in your organisation and further you can send a simple email to all the staff on their email. Please contact ICICI Bank or Axis Bank or Kotak Mahindra Bank and ask them to send their representative to explain their Bank's Salary Account (SB Account) and their benefit in holding the account. These banks are providing 0 balance account, Inter city at par cheque book, and in addition the employee can have their demat account for share trading. The Kotak Mahindra Bank is further allowing OD Facility to the extent of one month salary.
You need not to send any letter to anyone, simply visit any of the above bank branch and ask them to send their representative. Surely they will send because for them also it is beneficial.
