Confused About UGC NET: Should I Choose Management or HRM for Teaching BBA/MBA?

I have completed MBA with dual specialization in HR and Marketing and worked as an HR consultant for 2 years. Now, I am planning to pursue a career in teaching, so I am planning to write UGC NET. I am confused whether to select code: 17 - Management or code: 55 - HRM. Please help me out. I would like to teach BBA and MBA.

It's entirely your decision. You should choose the subject in which you have a strong understanding. You are the best person to answer this question. Having worked as an HR consultant, it can be assumed that you have a solid knowledge of HR practices, which would make it easier for you to build an HR knowledge base. However, as I mentioned, it's your strength, and you should know what suits you best.
