Need Help Starting My Performance Appraisal Project: Where to Begin and Which Companies to Visit?

Hi, I am pursuing my PGDHRM and need to start a project report on performance appraisal. I am very confused and would like to know how to proceed in sequence. Additionally, I want to know which companies I should visit for the same. I want my project to be the best one. Please help.

Reasons for Deleting the Attachment

I have deleted the attachment for three reasons:

1. The name of the company is disclosed. Have you taken permission from the company?
2. The literature survey and the methodology sections are poor in terms of not having proper citations. There is no Bibliography/References section.
3. It is not advisable to attach the whole report, as I have seen cases of students copying the whole and submitting it as their own with slight changes (in the past).

Upon a full study, I found that you have not attached the findings. Hence, please re-attach after removing the name of the company.
