Is there any format through which an HR can know the performance and other related activities of joinee so that at that at the end of probation period he has clear picture of joinees performance, and also the rerason is known and cross checkd if the joinee is not found suitable.
This format in my information will help an HR to have clear picture of the joinees assessment duting probation period, so that if the joinee is not confirmed during probation period same is reflected from formats collected during each month.
If there is any other assessment tool for new joinee's during probation period working kindly inform stepwise procedure.
This format may releive an HR from any biasy or ill feeling because of which at times probation period decisions are made.
