Please start with communication skills, interpersonal skills, how to talk, greet, sit, and watch people. Teach them who the top management people are, and show them their pictures. It's very easy to train these people as they learn fast and will show willingness if you motivate them. Go for a round every day and talk to them, as you lead by example.

If you were asked to train electricians on repairing a transformer, what would you have done? Please do the same for this training as well. Security is not only about interpersonal greetings like "good morning" or "good evening." It is a critical skill that requires specialized training. There are agencies that provide this training and certifications. In fact, there is a law passed by the government, and soon all security guards will have to be certified.

Hi Vaishali, I would like to suggest that you first identify the topic according to your industry before starting to prepare training material. For security, a presentation alone is not sufficient. You have to provide on-the-job training, explain the use of equipment, operating techniques, and many more things.
