Please start with communication skills, interpersonal skills, how to talk , greet ,sit and watch people.
Teach them who are the top mgmt people, show them their pics , it's very easy to train these people as they learn fast and will show willingness also if you motivate them.
go for a round everyday and talk to them , as said you lead by examples.

Dear Vaishali,
If you were asked to train Electricians on repairing an transformer what would you have done. Please do the same for this training also. Security is not only about interpersonal / good morning / good evening. It is a critical skill and needs specialized training. There are agencies providing these training and certifications. In fact there is a law passed by Government and pretty soon all security guards will have to be certified..

i would like to suggest you to first identify the toppic according your industry after that start to prepare training material. for security only presentation is not sufficient. you have to give on job training, uses of equipment, operating techniques many more thinng
