You have to start with the name,code,designation of the employee and very important date of joining.
1) Mission and vision of the company.
2) Administrative Rules of the company
3) Company Policy.
4) Employee's Benefit.
5) Introduction with various deppt and dept heads.
6) Induction involves;
1)Product range.
2)Manufacturing Process.
3)Quality testing and inspection.
4) new product development.
