Why All HR Practices Could Not Be Implemented In An Organization?

Dear tulika

I am some what agreed with you, what i exactly feel is that the actual definition of HR has not been adopted in many industries basically in New manufacturings. As because the competition for achiving target with a less time in a market is a common perception in many minds which leads to ignore some good practices.

Now -a-days comapnies are more target oriented rather than people oriented where as HR is a function which is fully people oriented. This may be a reason for the short lifecycle of maximum employees belongs to various industries which again leads to the failure in employee retention .

I am not denying that these practices are followed in all industries , there are many well established organisations in INDIA who are having a systematic approach towards the functioning of HR. in these industries HR is taken as a people based & priority based

function whiout which the organisation cannot move forward.

Industries which are coming under TOP BRANDS always emphasises upon all prospects of HR so as make future plans , implementations & completion of common business Goals.

Hi...
For me, it depends on the organisation and the work culture. HR is a backbone to the company but yes, i agreed that most of the company not respect HR, not fully support HR etc....and we can't change every single things in one night because we are dealing with human.
This is why people leave..
"PEOPLE LEAVE PEOPLE" they not leave because of company....
as a HR - "PRACTICE MAKE PERFECT"
Cheers,
