Struggling to Close a Fatal Case: How Can We Navigate Lok Adalat Without Our Former Manager?

I want to know what the dates of Lok Adalat are. My company had a fatal case (almost 2 years old) that we urgently need to close. We are facing two problems:

1) Our factory manager at the time of the fatal case left us almost 1 1/2 years ago. As a result, we have been unable to appear in the case. How should we deal with this and settle the case, as the new factory manager cannot appear as per the rule, and the old one is not ready to appear?

2) The factory inspector has advised going to Lok Adalat to settle the case.
