Like..My basic is 12100,HRA-6050,and special Allowances they are -3850,
PF is -1452,how much be the ESI amount for 22,000..
Plz advice on this issue

If yr Gross salary crosses beyond Rs.15,000/- PM u are not covered under ESIC Act.
