This is Amudhan. I am currently pursuing my MSW-HR at Madras School of Social Work. I am conducting research on Creative Problem-Solving Techniques among HR professionals. My respondents are HR professionals. Kindly assist me in continuing this research by completing the questionnaire attached.

Nice questionnaire; I have a few suggestions.

1. It is better to ask demographic and personal questions at the end.

2. In Part C guidelines, you have missed out on indicating what "D" stands for. I first thought the scale was skewed but found it to be okay when I saw the table.

3. To improve the response rate, you need to use a web-based survey. Downloading the questionnaire, answering it, and then sending it to you is time-consuming.
