I joined the company last jan 24, 2009 then my last day will be feb. 20, 2012. I receive 1500 basic salary 800 housing and 200 transpo allowance. How can I compute my settlement. And do I have entitled payment for 10days per year.

If your Basic salary is only 1500 then
Leave calculation = 10 days then
1500/30*10 = 500 /-
LTC = 1500/365 * (No of present days aplicable year) =
Medical = 1500/365 * No of present days
Gratuaty = Basic + Da + VDA /26 X 15 x No of service years (means 3 years)

Pls. find following bonus , LTA and Medical calculation.
BONUS
Bonus = monthly Basic + DA + VDA * min (8.33%) or as per your Company rule fix percentage
i.e = 10000 * 8.33 % = 833
If your company has lock bonus. (for exp = Bonus is 9900/- p. a.)
basic + da +vda is more than 3500 then take only 3500 or less than 3500 then take actual amount.
Maximum Lock Amount = 3500 * 8.33 % = Rs. 292=00
Suppose your company bonuse is fixed 25 % then 3500 * 25 % = 875=00
LTA & MEDICAL
Basic + DA + VDA / no of year day 365 * present days
exp : basic +da +vda is 5000/365 * Monthly present days (30) = Rs. 411
LTA = 411
MEDICAL also = 411
