How Do I Calculate Full and Final Settlement for 3 Years, Including Gratuity and Leave?

icel08
Hi, I just want to ask how to calculate full and final settlement, including gratuity, annual leave, and other benefits for 3 years.

Thanks

I joined the company on January 24, 2009, and my last day will be February 20, 2012. I receive a basic salary of $1500, $800 for housing, and a $200 transportation allowance. How can I compute my settlement, and am I entitled to payment for 10 days per year?

Thank you very much.

If your basic salary is only $1500, then the leave calculation would be 10 days.

$1500/30 * 10 = $500

LTC Calculation

For LTC, the formula is $1500/365 * (number of present days applicable for the year).

Medical Calculation

For Medical, the calculation is $1500/365 * number of present days.

Gratuity Calculation

In the case of Gratuity, the formula is (Basic + DA + VDA) / 26 X 15 X number of service years (which is 3 years).
