Thanks for replying and empethizing the matter.This is my first job.I am in the BPO industry at chandigarh.I would like to let you know that i am leading the quality chart, Other co workers do praise me and motivate me.However she look reasons to blame. Its not like i am blindly pointing my finger on her.Initially i had time when she had done some partiallity with me and i acknowledged the same early , had meeting with her, Due to my intervening in the matter, she just had to changed her decision and done it in my favour which was justified .
However she still blame me that i opted offensive behaviour to put my point of view.I could be offensive may be my talking style or questioning style etc.
Later on everything goes smooth.Soon i receive an email from my side that i have used wrong measure or manipulate system to reflect good work(daily counts).i have researched the matter and let her know that it is not my mistake, It could be either system glitch or auditor fault's who hasn't done the job willfully and skillfully.
She stood in front of quality auditor and said certain things that it isn't his fault and all.Later on things again went offensive and i finally raised this issue on HR.I don'w know what will happen?
What about the bond?
Don't you think so she could blame me for being offensive and try to overcome the real issue and represent this thing to HR in a manner that he is like that only and untrustworthy or could be anything , she could get support as she is in the management.
What if they terminate me or try to make me sign on some papers or what about full and final.
My few freinds in hr suggest me not to sign on document just for the Fand f money because if after bond period over they can sue you for bond money as they will be having document signed by me on the earliest date?
Please help me ...
