Investment Officers On Contract In Canara Bank

hi,
We around 200 investment officers has been working in canara bank on contract basis since 16-09-2009.At present we got a favorable direction regarding our confirmation,but bank is not ready to confirm us but ready to renew the contract.Can we again go for court for confirmation ?

Please confirm whether the order is to confirm you in service or to renew the fixed term contract. In the former case, you can file an execution petition (I feel it is proper)
