Can Contract Investment Officers at Canara Bank Seek Legal Action for Job Confirmation?

We are around 200 investment officers working in Canara Bank on a contract basis since 16-09-2009. Currently, we have received favorable feedback regarding our confirmation, but the bank is unwilling to confirm us and is only willing to renew our contracts. Can we take this matter to court again for confirmation?

Please confirm whether the order is to confirm you in service or to renew the fixed-term contract. In the former case, you can file an execution petition (I feel it is proper).
