That was very useful and helpful, Ankita. However, when we say 'Johari window', is this all that we mean, or is there something else also left? For example, I was given to understand about another 4-square matrix like urgent, not urgent, important, not important. Is this also a 'Johari window'? Please let me know.

@ Satesh Edwin -- the 4-matrix model you are talking about is Steven Covey's model for time management. I have attached a copy of the same for you to go through.
