That was very useful and helpful Ankita.
However, when we say 'Johari window', is this all that we mean or is there something else also left.
For example, I was gvien to understand about another 4 square matrix like urgent, not urgent & important, not important. Is this also a 'johari window'?

@ Satesh Edwin -- the 4 matrix model you are talking about is Steven Covey's model for time management.Have attached a copy of the same for you to go through.
