In my personal opinion, recruitment is exciting and challenging at the same time. I can say recruitment is the most important function in the HR domain. I will try my best to summarize the attributes of recruitment based on my experience:

• It provides humorous moments; when so much interaction with fellow humans is involved, fun is bound to be there.
• Learning and development of self are faster, quicker, and more satisfying.
• Make more friends, and make lives and careers.
• It's one of the noble ways to help people get a job, income, respect, affiliation, and most of all, meaning in life.
