HR's Role in CSR Activities
HR has the responsibility to identify locations where your account, team, or associates can visit and participate in the organization's CSR activities. HR must make all arrangements and plan the activity according to the occasion. For example, if you are taking your team to an orphanage or a school for children with mental disabilities for Children's Day, HR needs to plan the flow of the event and determine what is required there. Will the associates be playing with the children at the orphanage, or will they only be distributing charity items? As part of the organization, it is our responsibility to ensure that all associates participate in CSR.
