I want to know in details about the employee relations activity of an ER SPOC.
I want you all to explain the KRA's for the ER SPOC like following to me if possible.
- Query Resolution
- Engagement Activity
- Process related requirement
- Account holder of Process
- R&R activity
- Skip Level
- Open House,etc
