The HR Department is like the backbone of any organization or industry. One should handle it tactfully, according to situations. It is also a double-edged blade; it may harm us as well. Mishandling may lead to all sorts of problems, ultimately resulting in failure.
Human Resources is everything for an organization; it doesn't need to be described merely by tasks and duties. HR scientifically assesses the needs of the organization and works accordingly.
It is always the person behind the machine that matters most. That sums up the importance of the HR department. This department looks after the manpower of the organization from entry level to career progression to retirement.
