Stuck in Notice Period at Wipro: How Can I Join My New Job Sooner?

I am currently working in the notice period at Wipro. My notice period is scheduled to end on 30-3-2012, but I wish to join a new company on or before 19-3-2012. The new recruiter is not permitting me to join after 30-3-2012, and there is no buyout option available at Wipro. Kindly suggest a solution for the above problem. Also, my career band in Wipro is Retainer (Contractor).

The most viable option is to request your new employer for just 12 additional days for you to join, as it can be challenging to persuade your current employer to release you sooner.

Dear Saiseven, The new recruiter requested me to join on 19-3-2012 without a relieving letter due to project criticality. Can I join that company without a relieving letter? If I join that company, will Wipro place me on the absconding list and blacklist me in NSR? Will I be able to obtain my relieving letter in the future?
