Why Should an Organization Hire Female Employees?
Why should an organization hire female employees knowing the fact that they will take frequent leaves due to family issues, kids, maternity leave, and many more? Can someone help with the answers?
I replied that if the organization is an equal opportunity employer, then they should give equal opportunity to females. Today, females are equally educated and competitive when it comes to assigning work or responsibilities compared to men.
However, upon hearing this, he said that this is a stupid answer.
