I would like to introduce myself as a Manager - Talent Acquisition for a telecom company.
My question or the concept is figuring out how to reduce cost to recruitment.
I am currently bearing a huge cost by outsourcing the recruitment to vendors. as we all know the vendors themselves currently use portals and all.
Any suggestions on this please.
