HR Audit is a must. Otherwise, the supervisors will utilize normally 4 persons for one person work
Therefore labour cost will go up and profits will be reduced/loss arises.

Please tell me if we are giving an employee gross salary 14000 & washing allowance 700 so can we have to deduct esi on 13300 or on 14000
can i get notification regarding esi is not applicable on washing allowance
i got information from someone that wages are payable in cash or on payroll register attract ESI Contribution. so please clear my doubt

as per my belief & knowledge , ESI will be deducted on 14000/-
reason for the same is esi always deducted on total earnings .
