I have recently joined as an HR in a travel company and need to prepare an Employee Handbook. Could you kindly share the information or index that needs to be included in it? Also, please provide the necessary policies as per UAE Law.

You can refer to Federal Law No. 8 of 1980 on Regulating Labour Relations. This is the UAE labor law book. You can study the matter, and the clauses that are applicable in our company can be kept in the policy. Not all clauses may be applicable to your company.
