Need Help Creating a Detailed SOP for Garment Sampling and Designing – Any Tips?

I have been asked by the management to create an SOP for the garment sampling and designing section. I need a proper SOP format. As a fashion designer, I need all the details for creating the SOP. It's a garments manufacturing company where we produce both woven and knitwear for men's and women's clothing. We have various machines such as lock, overlock, flatlock, piko, pickoting, and chain stitch machines. Our target is to produce at least 10 samples a day, so to achieve this goal, please provide me with a proper SOP.

Creating Effective SOPs for Garment Sampling and Designing

Make detailed flowcharts first, then compare them with those of best-in-class companies. After that, create SOPs. I have worked with an American designer, April Cornell. Feel free to raise any questions.
