SOP ( Standard Operating Procedure) - for the garment sampling and designing section

I have been asked from the management to make SOP for the garment sampling and designing section. I need a proper SOP format. I as a fashion designer need all the details of making SOP . Its a garments manufacturing company and we are making woven and knit wear both . for Men\'s and women\'s . We have all the lock, overlock, flatlock, piko , pickoting machine and chain stitch machine . We neeed to make at least 10 sample in a day so for the fulfillment of this target please provide me a proper SOP

make detailed flowcharts first.
then compare the same with best in class companies.
then make SOPs.
