Hi....
I am working in textile field company. one auditor ask to show the Form-D(Equal remuneration). But till now i not aware about it. any body can tell the format and how to fill? it fill in monthly once or yearly once?

First u can fill it the categories of the workman & mention their remuneration(Minimum Wages) for both Men & Women without any discrimination.

Factories rules of the concern state is applicable for All Mfg sectors & at the same time Shops & Establishment rules is for IT.
