Understanding OCTAPACE Profile and Organization Culture Assessment

Hi all,

I am planning to conduct a study of organizational culture using Udai Pareek's OCTAPACE profile. Unfortunately, I do not know how it is scored or where the norms should be applied to the sample I have in mind. Can anybody please help me out? Could you please suggest any references where I can look it up?
