Suggest Some Employee Engagement Activities For Manufacturing Units

The activities like 5S concept, Kaizen and QCC activities are few of the employee engagement activities being used in many companies.
These activities tend to increase the morale of the employees, Motivation levels and their personal skill.

I worked with an auto ancillary manufacturing company, some employee engagement activities for we did are:
- Suggestion Awards
- Quality Circles Awards/ competition
- Fun at work on Saturdays and have games like Housee, passing the parcel etc
- Quiz
- Indoor games / badminton/ table tennis competitions
- Safety Week
- Festival celebrations - Rangoli Making, Cristmas tree decoration etc.
- Employee B'day celebration of all falling in a month on last saturday of the month
- Employee of the month
