How Can I Make Our HR Activities Newsletter More Engaging and Creative?

I have recently joined a company as an HR in the talent management team. My supervisor has given me an assignment of preparing a newsletter about the HR activities we conduct in our department. To provide a brief overview, the talent management team organizes various activities such as rewards programs and other fun activities. My task is to create a newsletter that describes these initiatives.

I would appreciate your input on how to make it more creative and engaging to read, rather than just a typical newsletter. If possible, please suggest an alternative name instead of using "newsletter."
