Performance Bonus [Thread 392644]

Company is not giving perfromance bonus to all employees, which is the part of theri CTC. How to get it?

Performance bonus is not an entitlement. It is NOT given to all employees. It is given to those employees that have achieved or exceeded set goals & targets. To get it, simply make sure you are performing at or above the expected level.

Dear Poone
The name itself means that the Bonus is based on the performance of the employee. Company can rate employees based on the performance through Performance Management System will is linked to increments and Bonus.
It is not mandatory to pay performance bonus to all employees. It is purely based on the performance on individuals defined KRA.

as said by fellow proffesionals ,,, Performance Bonus is not an mandatry obligations which a company may follow, It depends on the company rules and regulations. the one who exceeds or meets the set target in the appraisal planning session will get the increment in form of bonus..
