These are statutory records an employer has to maintain. Attendance, wage register and bonus register should have been maintained when these payments were actually made to your employees. Do you mean to say now only U want to create them (with back date ?) or what exactly you require.
Whereas the ESI & PF returns are based on Challans for such remittances made. ESI has become on line for the past few years, even PF become on line now. First of all U have to verify what has been the practice in your office and what are the records available and what not.

Would like to thank you for your prompt response, Well I have to prepare all these details with back date and also so far the challans have been submitted manually so far, now the challenge is that I have recently joined the company and now I am responsible to maintain these details and submit them to all the clients periodically.

There is a book/precedent/forms collection by SD Puri (mentioned earlier in the same post). Advise you to just go through them to fulfill your requirements.
