As ours is an engineering industry, we do not have much data on hygiene. However, you can think of a Calories Chart in your canteen. ISO 22000 is for Food Safety Management System. You should be able to find ample information online.
Training for Canteen Employees
In an engineering industry, we train our canteen employees on cleanliness, which includes:
- Proper haircuts,
- Proper uniforms,
- Nail cutting,
- Using caps while working in kitchens,
- Medical exams,
- Training them to inform immediately if they are affected by contagious diseases.
Pharmaceutical, bulk drug, and food industry experts would be able to provide more insights on the subject. You can also refer to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and WHO current guidelines, which focus more on hygiene.
