In todays time we need to have more focus on hiring of good people, who atleast would be trainable and the very dangerous thing which is being a killer there is attrition. As an HR partner i have a research on "Why Retention fails most" . Organizations always look for people who would be trainable, who would be stable and who would be profitable, However does employees who hire them do ever think about this. I am working as a recruiter and my job should not be only to crunch my numbers to highlight my dashboard. I should always aim above skies. I should always plan my hiring method in view of the above 3 criterias. I would always be successful in terms of retention and stability of the candidates. Being honest to your job doesnt mean YOU CANT DO, It means you will face challenges however you will do.
