Hi All,

I am doing a dissertation on "implementing a performance management system" case study BUPA hospitals. Just wondering if anyone has done anything similar that I can have a read of. Also, would anyone like to read through what I have done on my dissertation so far and give me some feedback? I have completed 4 chapters and am now doing an analysis, followed by conclusions and recommendations.

Hello Naila,

Please find attached the presentation which discusses the performance measurement system, comparing the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) with other methods. The BSC is a widely used method for PMS.

Hi Nalia,

I have recently joined a construction/design firm and would like to request if you could share more information on the PMS, i.e., the process and the specifics including competencies or behaviors assessed. Also, is the PMS general to all positions, or do the traits change role-wise?
