PFA on Presentation which talks about the performance measurement system comparing BSC with the other methods, BSC is widely used method for PMS...

I have recently joined a construction/design firm, will request if you could share more information on the PMS i.e the process and the specifics including competencies or behaiours assessed. Also id the PMS general to all positions or do the traits change role wise
